so many staff so few players wtf?

i dont want to be rude or offensive to any staff here and i want no one to get mad but...
theres like 5 or summat staff when most of the time 10-15 players are on,thats when ive been on, and tbh what for?
many times ive seen them just at a place using ::npc turning into monsters or other things doing basically nothing.
another thing how have that many people earned staff with such a small communtiy at this time...
